For pharmacists, accreditation involves numerous standards, complex scenarios, and detailed workflows¡Xakin to a high-stakes final exam. Rather than enduring stress, the team utilized generative AI (ChatGPT) to develop an RPG centered on the latest 2025 accreditation standards, transforming dry compliance into an immersive learning experience.
This RPG eliminates time and space constraints. With just a smartphone, pharmacists can tackle challenges anytime, anywhere. The game converts the latest 2025 accreditation standards into an interactive question bank, woven into adventure narratives and task designs, where each correct answer feels like completing a critical professional mission.
Within a month of launch, 32 pharmacists participated, with 28 completing all levels, achieving an 87.5% completion rate. One participant remarked: "This isn¡¦t just about memorizing standards¡Xit¡¦s a mission to protect patients. Every level fuels my sense of purpose."
